September 11th, 2013 - Model photos

We don't get the chance to shoot with aspiring models very often, but we jump at any chance to do so. Models are fun since they have an idea of what they want, what kind of poses/angles look the best and are willing to do pretty much anything to get a great shot :)

We took photos of Nikki on an unusually warm September day (it was over 90) and we love how they turned out. She is extremely photogenic and has a promising future in modeling. Thanks Nikki, best of luck to you!!

2014 Senior Reps

Class of 2014: Do you want fun, unique senior photos for FREE?? We're looking for a few students from each of the local high schools to spread the word about Vibrant Photography. In exchange, you'll get 2 free senior sessions and other freebies for sending your friends our way.

Requirements:

• You must currently be a 2013 Junior, graduating in 2014.
• You must live in and attend a high school within 20 miles of Salem.
• You and your parents must agree to promote only Vibrant Photography for senior portraits.
• Your parent or Guardian MUST sign a model release, allowing Vibrant Photography to use your images for advertising and promotional purposes.

Benefits:

• A FREE mini-session this Spring/Summer (2013) before school starts. This shoot will last up to 1 hour and include up to 2 outfit changes. You will be using the images (between 15-20) from this session to promote us throughout the year! With this session, you will be provided customized referral cards with your name, photo & our contact information to pass out to your friends.
• A Senior Rep spotlight blog post, featuring you and your portraits!
• Another portrait session in the Fall (2013) or Spring (2014) for up to 1.5 hours for FREE.
• A disc of selected images from each session and a copyright release allowing you the freedom to print the photos at a lab of your choice.
• For each friend you refer to us, you'll receive a $25 gift card of your choice once the session has been booked & paid for.

December 10th, 2011 - Friend Photos

There's nothing like a little friendly rivalry to warm up a freezing day :) Stacey won a free session with us by being a Facebook fan and decided to get photos done with her best friend -- one's a Beaver, the other is a Duck.

November 12th, 2010 - Senior Photos

We recently had a drawing for 2 free photo sessions to celebrate 300 fans on facebook :) One of our winners was a senior from Springfield that made the trek up to Salem for her senior shoot. We lucked out with a gorgeous day and an easy-going, photogenic high schooler. It was the best of both worlds!

October 17th, 2010 - Couple Photos

Nathan was one of three people we randomly selected on facebook to receive a free photo session with us. We've known Nathan and his wife Danielle since high school (long ago! lol) and have gotten to know them a lot better since then. They are great, funny people and we always enjoy hanging out with them.

We headed to a local farm to get some fun fall photos on a sunny October day. It was insanely crowded the day we went, but we managed to find a few spots to take some photos.

A week after our session, Nathan & Danielle announced they were pregnant with their 1st child! Congrats guys, we look forward to meeting your new addition next year :)

October 9th, 2010 - Family Photos

We recently had a 'cutest kid contest' on our facebook page and little Haylee was our big winner! She won a free photo shoot for her & her family.

We met at Mission Mill and battled the rain throughout the session, but the photos turned out so cute that it was totally worth it :) Shooting groups (especially with young children) is always a challenge, but it also made for some really fun captures.
